Hello everyone,
I am blogging for the first time and I am hoping I am following all of you. The relaxation exercise worked well, I fell to sleep. My husband woke me after it was done. The music was relaxing and the person talking had a soft voice which made you concentrate to here him more. I have done something like this before with my previous professor in a stress management class and find it interesting. I have tried meditation many times, but without success because I have a difficult time shutting off my brain.
I look forward to seeing how this will work.
